Shaba university colleague gives aservice of tealnd learning process by regular and distance which is follow their education in different ways the colleagues are gives aservices for the people even if they give the services but it has not aknowledge and not get ful under standing .
Then the people which is follow their education by distance is not get enough knowledge and it has not an exprence and abilities because of they have not get enough time and not spent attention and time for the teaching and learning process .
The most of the time which is give distance education to people has abig disadvantage because if you do not learn regularly you can not get more knowledge if you do not have enough knowledge you can not give aservice perfectly .
So in my expression the colleague which is give adistance education must be closed because it has not more advantage to the people rather than closed the colleague .
